• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and telecommunications.
• Evaluate, implement, and support software applications and systems to streamline business processes.
• Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. 
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement innovative solutions
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures, with particular attention to the security of ERP data and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (including PDPA)
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 7  years’ IT experience with 5 years at IT management role,
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Microsoft servers, storage systems, virtualization, Cloud applications, and data backup.
• Experience in IT Operation and Support, and IT Project Management.
• Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations, as well as experience implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of IT professionals.
