Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent leadership, planning, negotiation, and data analysis skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Experience in eCommerce fulfillment and export operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in modern trade channels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
