1. ออกแบบตกแต่งภายในสำหรับ บ้านพักอาศัย คอนโด และโครงการของลูกค้า โดยเน้นงานระดับ Premium / Luxury ให้สอดคล้องกับ Lifestyle และความต้องการของลูกค้า
2. รับ Brief และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมจัดทำ Concept Design, Mood & Tone, Space Planning และ Furniture Layout
3. เลือกและจัดวาง Furniture, Decorative Items, Lighting, Material และ Accessories ของแบรนด์ให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ และสร้างภาพรวมของงานออกแบบให้มีความสวยงามและเป็นเอกลักษณ์
4. จัดทำ 2D / 3D Design, Rendering และ Presentation เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอ Concept และช่วยให้ลูกค้าเห็นภาพก่อนตัดสินใจ
5. สำรวจและวัดพื้นที่หน้างาน พร้อมวิเคราะห์ข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนางานออกแบบที่สามารถใช้งานและติดตั้งได้จริง
6. ทำงานร่วมกับ Sales / Project Sales / Showroom / Supplier และทีมติดตั้ง เพื่อพัฒนา Solution ที่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งด้าน Design และ Commercial
7. นำเสนอแนวคิดการออกแบบและให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับ Furniture Selection, Material, Color, Style และการจัดพื้นที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจซื้อ
8. ประสานงานและติดตามงานตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการออกแบบ การอนุมัติแบบ การสั่งสินค้า จนถึงการติดตั้งและส่งมอบงานให้กับลูกค้า
9. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของงานติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
10. ติดตาม Interior, Furniture, Luxury Living และ Global Design Trends เพื่อนำแนวคิดใหม่มาพัฒนางานออกแบบและ Presentation ของบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง

1. ปริญญาตรี สาขา Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Interior Design อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
3. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Luxury Residential, Premium Furniture, Imported Furniture หรือ High-end Interior จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max / Enscape / V-Ray หรือโปรแกรม Rendering ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. มีความสามารถด้าน Space Planning, Furniture Layout, Material & Color Selection
6. มี Design Sense ที่ดี เข้าใจสัดส่วน การจัดองค์ประกอบ และ Luxury Lifestyle
7. สามารถ Present Concept และสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้ดี
8. มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Furniture, Material, Finishing และงานติดตั้ง
9. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับ Sales และ Project Team ได้ และเข้าใจว่างานออกแบบต้องสามารถนำไปสู่การขายและการใช้งานจริง
10. มี Portfolio ที่แสดงผลงาน Interior Design / Residential / Furniture Styling ประกอบการสมัคร
