Open the sales order (NAV Process) & Order confirmation into the factory
• Issue Proforma Invoice, Commercial & Packing List.

• Contact with demand planning to check products in stock and inform customers to change in case of insufficient quantity of products according to orders.

• Coordinate Logistic Team staff to book the shipping according to the delivery deadline.

• Coordinate with transportation, inquiring information about the shipping schedule, tracking payment, shipping document and other.

• Contact warehouse to check quantity and details of loading products.

• Update customer of status of the shipment

• Present documents to the relevant financial institution for payment to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately with the relevant

1. Minimum 2 years experience in Export Sales coordinator/administration, Logistic, or and related fields or admins officer.
2. Ability to co-work with other departments to ensure securing deadlines.
3. Good command in computer skill Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Good command in English (reading and writing). Translation experience will be advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
